Website
Terms

These terms apply to use of the current Palko Air website and development booking environment.

They are not the final Conditions of Carriage, fare rules or passenger transport contract for future commercial flights.

Important distinction

Palko Air is currently in development. Routes, schedules, fares and booking functions shown in the present environment may be used for development, demonstration or testing unless a service is specifically identified as commercially available.

01

About these terms

These terms govern use of the current Palko Air website, its informational pages and the development version of its digital booking and passenger self-service environment.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Additional contractual terms will apply when commercial passenger transport services are offered for sale.

02

Current project status

Palko Air is currently being developed as an airline project. Network planning, operating arrangements, distribution, passenger technology and commercial preparation are still being developed.

Information published on this website must therefore be read in the context of the project status shown on the relevant page.

Planned does not mean bookable

A destination, route, aircraft concept or service described on this website should not be treated as a confirmed commercial operation unless it is expressly published as available for sale.

03

Using this website

You may use the website for normal personal, business, informational and legitimate booking-related purposes.

You must not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts, misuse booking references or access tokens, introduce malicious software, or use automated methods in a way that disrupts the service.

Booking references, passenger information and access links should be treated as private information and should not be published or unnecessarily shared.

04

Flight information & availability

Routes, schedules, timings, destinations, airport information, aircraft references and other service information may change during development.

Illustrative information should not be relied upon for making non-refundable travel arrangements unless the relevant flight has been formally published and confirmed through an operational commercial booking channel.

Final schedules and operating details will be those published for the relevant commercial service.

05

Booking environment

The current website includes a functional booking environment used to develop and test reservation, passenger, seating, payment-status, Manage booking and check-in workflows.

Where the system creates a booking reference, passenger record or confirmation during the development phase, this does not by itself mean that a commercial contract of carriage has been created.

When live commercial sales begin, the booking process will clearly identify when an order becomes a confirmed passenger booking and which contractual terms apply.

06

Fares, payments & confirmations

Prices or fare structures appearing in a development or demonstration environment may be test data unless clearly presented as a live commercial offer.

The current development environment uses a simulated payment lifecycle and should not be interpreted as a live payment service.

For future commercial transactions, the amount payable, included services, applicable taxes, fees, fare conditions and payment status will be presented during the relevant booking process.

07

Future transport conditions

Commercial flights will be subject to additional conditions governing the actual passenger transport service.

Depending on the final operating model, these may include Conditions of Carriage, fare rules, baggage conditions, check-in requirements, cancellation and refund conditions, operating-carrier information and passenger-rights notices.

Those terms will be made available before a passenger is asked to enter into the relevant commercial transport contract.

If there is ever a conflict between these general website terms and the specific terms governing a confirmed flight, the specific terms applicable to that passenger service will govern that service, subject to mandatory law.

08

Intellectual property

The Palko Air name, visual identity, website design, original text, graphics and other original website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

Normal viewing, linking and personal use of the website are permitted. Content should not be reproduced, represented as another organisation's material or commercially redistributed without appropriate permission where permission is required.

Separate usage conditions may apply to future press and downloadable media assets.

09

Third-party services

Parts of a future airline journey may depend on external providers, including operating carriers, airports, payment services, technology suppliers, ground-service providers and distribution partners.

Third-party websites or services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Where an external service is introduced, relevant information will be provided through the applicable customer journey.

10

Availability & responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but a development service may occasionally contain errors, incomplete information, temporary interruptions or features that change as the platform is improved.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict responsibility where exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Users remain responsible for checking information that is material to their own travel decisions, particularly where the website expressly identifies information as planned, indicative or under development.

11

Applicable rights

These website terms do not remove statutory consumer rights or passenger rights that may apply under mandatory law.

The final contracting entity, operating structure, applicable transport conditions, jurisdiction provisions and dispute-resolution information will be published before commercial passenger sales where required.

Passenger rights applicable to a specific commercial flight can depend on factors including the journey, operating carrier and applicable legislation.

12

Changes & contact

These terms may be updated as the Palko Air project, website and commercial operating model develop.

The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
